1. I want to order some products
- Please place orders using our online shop system for products you like.It is also very easy to register with R4-DS-AU and start ordering right away.
- Please don’t attempt to place orders by email, fax, or phone unless some special occasions. Please discuss with our customer service representative.
- You can register with R4-DS-AU before placing orders or just to order as a guest.
- Any products added to your online cart remain there until you remove them, or check them out.
2. How do I make an order from R4-DS-AU ?
- Order as a Guest, or Register with R4-DS-AU for free or Log in directly if you have registered before;
- Log in your R4-DS-AU account (No need for Guest who want to order).
- Search or browse products, and if you wish to buy them, type a number in the quantity box and click “Add to cart”. You can remove them later or adjust the quantities if you change your mind. Products you’ve added to your shopping cart are saved there while you looking at more items. Your cart is even saved for next time if you log out or accidentally close your browser.
- The first checkout page is “address book”, you can edit you billing address or change shipping address. e.g. to an different dropship address.
- The second checkout page you can choose shipping methods. We offer free shipping for all items, and on the same webpage you can also choose the payment method you prefer. In the text-box “Special Instructions Or Comments”, you can add special request for your order. e.g. the declared value of the package that you wish for customs purposes.
- R4-DS-AU accept Credit Card Payment. You can click “Place An Order” to make an order firstly and pay it later. You will receive an email confirming your order information.
3. Could I do drop shipping ?
- Yes. R4-DS-AU accepts drop shipping orders.

5. Why my bank billing charged a small amount over the price ?
- Australian banks will charge you additional transfer/handle fee, also exchange rate between banks counts.
6. Why my bank billing statement does not read r4-ds-au.com but another Chinese company name ?
- R4/modchips are copyright infringement related in many countries
7. Do I have a Guarantee or Warranty ?

- R4-DS-AU repects your privacy and takes your online safety seriously. Your personal info can be deleted from R4-DS-AU anytime if required. And R4-DS-AU will never expose your personal info to the third party.
9. How can I return products back to R4-DS-AU ?
- Login into R4-DS-AU with your Account Name and Password;
- Click Completed Orders to select the order that contains the product you want to return;
- Once complete the “RMA Requests” Form, Return address will be available.
10. Flashcard does not work on your Console
- Check whether the right R4 version used for your Console;
- Check whether the right Kernel been uploaded, and in root directory of memory card;
- Check whether R4 adapter supports SDHC memory card;
- Clean connection between R4 and Memory card;
- 95% can be resolved after the instruction from R4-DS-AU with e-mail help.
11. How to check the status of my order ?
- Log in your account and check your order status
- Awaiting Fulfillment: Payment Received
- Completed: Payment Account being checked and Products being Prepared for shipment
- Shipped: Order Shipped out
- Cancelled: Payment Uncompleted
- Declined: Problematic Customer Account
- Refunded: Payment Refunded full/Partially, or Payment held temporarily for Dispute

- Track your order with the tracking message sent automatically from R4-DS-AU.
